1. Perishable Items (Halal Meat & Fresh Food)

   Due to health, safety, and food-handling regulations:

   ❌ Perishable items are NOT eligible for return once delivered, including:

   • Fresh or frozen halal meat
   • Refrigerated or frozen food items

   Exceptions: We may offer a replacement or store credit if:

   • The item was damaged during delivery
   • The wrong item was delivered
   • The product was spoiled upon arrival

   You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

   • Order number
   • Clear photos of the issue
2. Non-Perishable Items (Spices & Packaged Goods)

   Non-perishable items may be eligible for return if:

   • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
   • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

   Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition.

3. Return Authorization

   All returns require prior approval. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

4. Return Shipping
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Refunds & Credits (Related to Returns)
   • A refund, replacement, or store credit may be issued if return is approved
   • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable
   • Processing time may take 5–10 business days
6. Order Cancellations
   • Orders may be canceled before shipment
   • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow this Return Policy
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
   • Perishable food items (unless eligible under Section 1)
   • Opened or used products
   • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
   • Items reported after the allowed timeframes

   This Return Policy complies with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which requires that return policies be clearly disclosed and honored as stated.

   Texas law does not require stores to accept returns unless stated in the store’s policy.
